Damian's Story
Damian Jané is a skilled public policy strategist with a proven track record of driving transformative change and delivering impactful solutions for communities across Florida. Leveraging a vast network of key elected officials and government professionals, Damian has successfully secured critical funding for public institutions, shaped high-impact policy reforms, and spearheaded initiatives in areas such as affordable housing, education, and public transportation. His expertise in campaign strategy has led underdog candidates to unseat incumbents, demonstrating his ability to achieve extraordinary results in the political arena.

Damian’s career is built on a foundation of leadership and civic engagement, beginning with his role as a Fellow in the Governor’s Executive Office and continuing through roles in legislative affairs, campaign management, and advocacy for large-scale organizations. As a Legislative Aide, Damian championed reforms in Condominium Associations, Emergency Management, and Education Policy. Later, as a representative for one of the nation’s largest school districts, he secured essential resources for students and advanced key educational initiatives. His commitment to community was further demonstrated through his work with His House Children’s Home during the prestigious Miami Leadership Course.

His most recent role of having served as Chief of Staff to a City of Miami Commissioner, Damian has been instrumental in driving progress on affordable housing, community redevelopment districts, and public transportation. With a career defined by collaboration, innovation, and a dedication to public service, Damian continues to uplift communities and foster sustainable progress.
